Landfill is a queer, fabulist horror webcomic set in a post-apocalyptic America rebuilding from an environmental disaster. The story follows Badri, a stranded wasteland travel writer, and Marlie, a combat vet tasked with guarding an isolated road crew.

The comic sets flat-color, limited-palette Americana visuals against an anachronistic setting focused on how to rebuild an “apocalyptic” society. Aesthetically, Landfill is influenced by Cormac McCarthy’s novel The Road, Guillermo del Toro’s film The Shape of Water, and the WWII-era Alcan Highway construction project.
